LOLO is a 100% Québécois line of products designed primarily for babies and children, but which are a joy for the whole family. Made with LA BELLE EXCUSE olive oil, these European-quality products are made with ingredients that are reassuring for parents, natural in origin and accessible to all.
Whether they’re moms or not, the girls on the Storyline team use LOLO products for their daily skincare routine, so they’re suitable for all skin types and ages!
Outsourcing in communications and marketing
When Storyline took on the content marketing mandate for LOLO, the tools and deployment were broadly the same as for LA BELLE EXCUSE, whereas the strategy should have been totally different due to the vast differences in personas for the two sister companies.
It’s vital to speak the same language as the target audience, so our first actions involved auditing both brands and defining a clear persona for LOLO.
